The annual achievements of a sporting club can be measured in a number of ways – on field success,
player participation and development, the stability of stakeholder relationships, social atmosphere and the
club’s contribution to the local community. The Canterbury Cricket Club is a very successful club.

The club is represented by:

  • 5 Senior teams and 4 Veterans teams.
  • 17 Junior Teams with over 200 registered players plus 92 registered for Milo and T20 Blast

Junior Club
The role of the Canterbury Junior Cricket Club is to create an enjoyable and collaborative spirit where the emphasis is on sportsmanship, equal participation, skill development and celebrating the success of individuals, team and club.

The Club is a strong supporter of Cricket Australia’s ‘Spirit of the Game’ principles and the ECA Codes of Behaviour. Emphasis is placed on safety and showing respect towards teammates, club officials, umpires and opponents.

Your local friendly cricket club in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Seniors play in turf competitions (ECA and Mercantile), Juniors play in ECA, Veterans in the Box Hill Reporter.
